This Privacy Policy applies to the Routine Goals Planner app for mobile devices (the "Application"), created by Bilal Akkoç (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. The Application is provided "AS IS".
It explains what information the Application collects, how it is used and what choices you have.
Information collection and use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address; the pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit and the time spent on those pages; the time spent on the Application; and the operating system you use on your mobile device.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. That information will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
App Store privacy details
On the App Store, the Application's privacy details state that the following data may be collected but is not linked to your identity: User Content (Photos or Videos), used for App Functionality.
Third-party access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information: as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; when it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government request; and with trusted service providers who work on its behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them and have agreed to follow the rules set out in this Privacy Policy.
Opt-out rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the App Store.
Data retention
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete the data you have provided through the Application, contact info@bilalakkoc.com and you will receive a response within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 4.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children and encourages all children never to submit personally identifiable information through the Application. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information without their permission.
If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application, please contact info@bilalakkoc.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
You must be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries, your parent or guardian may be allowed to do so on your behalf).

The Service Provider cares about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
